About the Preschool Choice Alliance

The Preschool Choice Alliance helps Indiana communities expand access to quality preschool in ways that strengthen families, respect local control, and protect taxpayers. We focus on practical, low-burden solutions that allow parents to choose what works best for their children.

Our Mission

We work with parents, educators, employers, and community leaders to create a simple pathway for communities that want more preschool options. Local voters make the decision. Parents choose the providers. Dollars stay close to home.

Our goal is straightforward: give families a strong start without building new statewide bureaucracy or creating long-term obligations taxpayers cannot sustain.

Core Values

Parental Choice: Families are free to choose public, private, or faith-based providers that meet strong quality standards.

Local Decision-Making: Communities decide whether to adopt a preschool levy and how to structure it.

Fiscal Responsibility: Transparent spending, strict limits on overhead, independent audits, and automatic sunset provisions ensure public dollars are handled with care.
